Gold Coast Permitting was founded by Corban Pampel, a third-time business owner with a background in architectural design and pre-construction planning. While working as a designer in Santa Barbara, he experienced the same frustration many clients face today:

When Corban asked the city a straightforward question: “Who can I pay to handle this?”
The answer was simple:

No one.

At the time, no permit expediters or true pre-construction specialists were serving the region.

Recognizing a significant gap, Corban launched a consulting service to help clients understand and navigate the permitting process themselves. It quickly became clear that most clients didn’t just need guidance… they needed someone to own the entire process.

From there, the service evolved into full pre-construction management, including:
